How can I pay for my order?
We accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay the courier when your order arrives.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat Rs 150 per order anywhere in Pakistan, and free on orders over Rs 3,000,.

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Are your perfumes original?
Yes. ScentMoire sells original Eau de Parfum fragrances for men, women and unisex.
Returns & refunds
Can I return or exchange a perfume?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as the bottle is sealed, unopened and in its original packaging. Opened bottles cannot be returned.
What if my order arrives damaged, leaking or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you.
How do refunds work?
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are made by bank transfer after we receive and inspect the returned item.
