Damaged, leaking or wrong items are replaced or refunded.
How to return
- Email us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us on 0319 1328460 with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We confirm your return and reply with the next steps for sending the item back.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund or exchange it.
What can be returned
You can return or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery if:
- The bottle is sealed and unopened
- It is in its original packaging
For hygiene reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged, wrong or leaking items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or give you a refund.
Refunds
Because orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, refunds are made by bank transfer after we receive and inspect the returned item.
